Terms and Conditions
Our Terms & Conditions are designed to help create a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience for every client. By booking or attending a class or wellness service with Poise Studios, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Bookings
All bookings must be made through the Poise Studios booking system or an authorised member of the Poise Studios team.
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once payment (where applicable) has been successfully received.
Poise Studios reserves the right to amend or cancel bookings where necessary.
Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment through our approved booking platform.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, however existing bookings will not be affected.
Class Packs
Class packs:

Are non-transferable.
-
May only be used by the named account holder.

Cannot be exchanged for cash.
-
Must be used before their expiry date.
-
Expired credits cannot be extended or reinstated unless required by law.
Health & Medical Information
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any medical information provided to Poise Studios is accurate and up to date.
You agree to inform us of any changes to your health, injury, pregnancy or medical condition that may affect your participation.
Poise Studios reserves the right to request medical clearance before participation where appropriate.
Participation
All classes and wellness services are undertaken at your own risk.
Whilst our instructors provide guidance and support, it remains your responsibility to work within your own capabilities and follow all instructions given during your session.
If you experience pain, dizziness or feel unwell, you should stop immediately and inform a member of the team.
Studio Etiquette
To help maintain the calm and welcoming environment at Poise Studios, we kindly ask that all clients:

Arrive approximately 10 minutes before their session.

Wear suitable clothing for their chosen activity.

Wear grip socks for all Reformer Pilates classes.

Treat our team, fellow clients and studio with kindness and respect.

Follow instructor guidance at all times.

Return equipment after use where requested.

Keep mobile phones on silent during sessions.
Late Arrival
Late arrivals may not be permitted to join a class or wellness session where entry would be disruptive or compromise safety.

Personal Belongings
Personal belongings are brought into the studio entirely at the owner's risk.
Poise Studios accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal possessions.
Right to Refuse Service
Poise Studios reserves the right to refuse participation or entry where:

A client behaves in a manner that is unsafe, abusive or disruptive.

A client appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Required health information has not been completed.

Participation is considered unsafe due to illness, injury or another medical concern.
Our priority is always the safety and wellbeing of our clients and team.
Changes to Classes & Services
Whilst we aim to deliver all classes and wellness services as advertised, Poise Studios reserves the right to:

Change instructors.

Amend class times.
-
Alter services.
-
Cancel sessions where necessary.
Where possible, affected clients will be notified in advance and offered an alternative booking or account credit.
Photography & Social Media
From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken within the studio for promotional purposes.
We will always respect your privacy. If you would prefer not to appear in any photographs or videos, please let a member of the team know and we will ensure your wishes are respected.
Age Requirements
Unless otherwise stated, clients must be 18 years or over to attend classes and wellness services independently.
Clients under the age of 18 may only attend with prior agreement from Poise Studios and any required parental consent.
Gift Vouchers
Where offered, gift vouchers:

Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Must be redeemed before their expiry date.

Are subject to availability.
Retail Products
Any retail products purchased from Poise Studios may only be returned where required under your statutory rights unless otherwise stated.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking or attending a class or wellness service at Poise Studios, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
