Cancellation Policy

At Poise Studios, every class and wellness session is intentionally kept small to provide a calm, personalised experience. As your space is reserved especially for you, we kindly ask that you respect the cancellation policy below. This allows us to offer available spaces to other clients and ensures fairness for our community

 

This policy applies to: 

  • Reformer Pilates

  • Mat Pilates

  • Barre

  • Recovery Lounge

  • Contrast Therapy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session will have the booking credit returned to your account or your payment refunded in accordance with your payment method.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will result in the loss of the booking credit or payment.

  • Failure to attend a booked session without cancelling (a no-show) will also result in the loss of the booking credit or payment.

Late Arrivals

To ensure the safety, quality and smooth running of our sessions, clients arriving after the scheduled start time may not be permitted to join.

Where entry is refused due to late arrival, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation and the booking credit or payment will be forfeited.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled session particularly if it is your first visit to Poise Studios.

Illness

If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, we kindly ask that you do not attend your session.

Please contact us as soon as possible if this affects your booking. Whilst our cancellation policy is applied consistently to ensure fairness to all clients, we will always consider exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Booking Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have booked the correct class, service, date and time. Please check your booking confirmation carefully after completing your booking.

Class Packs & Credit Bundles

Class packs and credit bundles:

  • Are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded once purchased unless required by law.

  • Must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.

  • Expired credits cannot be extended or reinstated.

Right to Refuse Participation

The safety and wellbeing of our clients is our highest priority.

Poise Studios reserves the right to refuse participation in any class or wellness service where we believe it would be unsafe for a client to take part. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Failure to disclose relevant medical information.

  • Injury or illness that may place the client at risk.

  • Intoxication or inappropriate behaviour.

  • Failure to follow instructor guidance or studio policies.

Where participation is refused for safety reasons, refunds or credits will be considered at the discretion of Poise Studios.

Studio Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Poise Studios needs to cancel a class or wellness session, clients will be offered:

  • A full credit returned to their account or

  • An alternative booking where available.

Poise Studios accepts no responsibility for any additional costs incurred as a result of studio cancellations.
