Can I join a Pilates class if I’ve recently had a baby?

If you are postnatal, we recommend waiting until you have been cleared by your healthcare professional before returning to exercise. Our instructors can offer guidance and modifications to help you move safely and confidently.
I’m not feeling very confident in my body right now. I've not exercised properly in a while. Are these classes suitable for me?
Many people come to Pilates because they want to rebuild strength and reconnect with their bodies in a supportive environment. Our classes are small, welcoming and focused on how movement feels rather than how it looks. There is no pressure to perform or keep up with anyone else. You are encouraged to move at your own pace while our instructors guide and support you throughout the session.

Contrast therapy involves alternating between heat and cold using a sauna and ice bath. This process can support circulation, reduce inflammation and help the body recover after exercise.

Our recovery lounge includes compression boots and vibration therapy designed to support circulation, reduce muscle fatigue and encourage relaxation after movement.
How early should I arrive for my class?
We recommend arriving around 5-10 minutes before your class begins to allow time to settle in and prepare for the session.
